I am a mortgage broker and I work with many national and local lenders to help a borrower, whether buying a new home or refinancing their current one, choose the loan with the best interest rate and the lowest overall cost.
My first goal is to lock in the best mortgage for my borrowers. My second goal is to process & close their loan quickly. This makes my borrowers very happy because they save a lot of money while experiencing a very easy refinance process, as well.
