The idea of creating, growing and developing, fascinates me.

I love to influence change, and for me working with business growth and development is about bringing people together to build something new or improve on something existing.

As an American growing up in the farming country of Wisconsin, I have always had a free spirit. I started my first business when I was 12 years old, and have been involved in many pioneer projects ever since. My Midwestern values of responsibility, integrity, and hard work are central to how I work.

I am a cultural adventurer. I have lived and worked internationally for over 20 years and I believe that cultural literacy is important to succeed in a globalized and connected world. Living most of my life internationally has added diversity and alternative thinking to the values that characterize me.

I strongly believe you must be genuinely interested in others and their ideas in order to be interesting yourself. To me this means asking questions and acknowledging that I don’t always have the right answers. I represent an international and entrepreneurial spirit that can connect people and influence change and development; whether it is in a formal role with start-ups or large organizations or through Board work.

I am the trusted adviser that helps organizations succeed in a world where transparency, openness, and the sharing of information through networks are the new reality.
