Third - Wine, and back to entrepreneurship in 2023, I began following my passion for wine. Between February and November, I completed the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Levels 1, 2, and 3 with distinction and merit. In 2025, I successfully completed the Napa Valley Wine Academy's Professional Wine Educator credential (NVWA PWE).

And Fourth - in mid-2024, I joined as an Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield's Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support team providing counseling for real estate, valuation, and litigation support - Certified General Appraiser GA, TN, & AL, and other states, Real Estate Educator, former co-operator of Chattanooga Vacation Rentals, and former part-time hang gliding instructor at Lookout Mountain Flight Park.
