I have the audacity to take risks, I'm willing to look stupid as I learn from my mistakes and I'm okay with admitting when I'm not entirely right about something.

I like to see people smile back and I consider it a successful and productive day, if I've made someone laugh...even if I didn't intend to be funny. I have made it my life goal to never surrender to the ideal of growing up. Don't get me wrong, I love being an adult...but WAY too many people forget what it was like to be a kid.

Want to drop 10 years from your look, blood pressure and ultimately add years to your life?? Enjoy the simple things, like blowing huge pink bubbles, playing hide-n-seek, carrying a marshmallow-shooter up and down the hall of developers, smearing hand lotion on a coworker's phone, taking 15 minutes for a Nerf gun fight over the cube walls...you get my point.

If you're rolling your eyes, I'm talking to YOU loudest! Now get up, go get some Flarp and ask the inner-child of the Systems Analyst in the next cube if he can come out and play for 10 minutes before that conference call with the dreaded slow-talking vendor begins!

I do actually have a "professional" side. Communication skills that produce results, problem resolution, managing expectations and objections, motivating others, listening AND hearing skills, event planning and production (fundraising, concerts, sponsorships and VIP management) project management, disaster recovery planning, delivering praise & recognition.
