I lead storytimes, host Maker programs, and get great media into the hands of kids and teens as the Youth Services Librarian and Media Mentor at the Homer Public Library (Alaska).

I train other librarians as media mentors and serve on both local and national committees that support families and literacy.

I am the co-author of Becoming a Media Mentor (2016).
