I have a passion for helping leaders get the most from their employees. In today’s business environment it is clearer than ever that your success is tied to the success of those around you. After a successful career at MCI, Nextel, and XO communications I left the corporate world to set out on my own. Study after study showed that an individuals success as not tied to how smart they were, but to how well they interacted with their environment and the people around them.

With that knowledge I spent several years studying human relationships, leadership, motivation, and emotional intelligence. I am now A Certified Behavioral Analyst with DiSC and Emotional Intelligence and am anxious to share this knowledge with others to help them achieve the success they deserve.

I believe that great teams are not an accident. They happen because the leader has built an environment with Trust as the foundation and has hired people who share his/her values and desires. As an Executive Coach I work with individual leaders and leadership teams to create high performance organizations.

In addition to DiSC and Emotional Intelligence I am also an Authorized Partner in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, based on the work of Patrick Lencioni.
