Coach Rhonda T is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Precision Nutrition level 1 Certified Coach, and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science who has spent the past 7 years working in a Physical Therapy clinic specializing in helping those with their Post Rehab and Injury Prevention care.
Rhonda enjoys working with clients from a wide range of ages and physical capabilities.
Her greatest success has been particularly with those aged 40 and above who may be struggling with injuries or aches and pains. She works closely with her clients to help them realize their passion for fitness by using her professional expertise, caring demeanor, and sense of humor, to create fun, unique, and effective workouts.
When not coaching or designing, Rhonda enjoys the outdoors, her 4-legged kids, football, sushi, most of the time her husband, reading, watching comedies, and dancing around the house just for fun.
