My own 20-year career spans change management, communication, L&D, and digital marketing & strategy, building, training and leading teams with global companies like Microsoft, Mindshare, and Essity. Living and working in Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, Curacao and London UK where as a Kiwi I gained my British citizenship via the Tier 1 Highly Skilled Migrant Scheme. My journey was fuelled by curiosity, cultural connection and personal and professional growth.

Moreover, I'm deeply committed to supporting individuals with ADHD and their loved ones. Currently, I'm honing my expertise through ADDCA’s Advanced ADHD and Life Coach Training Certification. The ADHD Coach Academy, is renowned for its expertise and 20+ years of experience training coaches. ADHD coaching aims to equip you with a better understanding of yourself, how you function best, your strengths and how to live life with more self compassion.
Coaching is carried out online following the International Coaching Federation Ethics.
