I'm Djagboro Stephen(Hakeem), but call me Hakeem. I'm an Advocate for Climate action, a teacher, trainer, and an Alumni of the Tony Elumelu Foundation with a passion for helping people turn Ideas into sustainable Organizations. You know that feeling when your career's stuck? That's where Kardia comes in.

I am the founder of Kardia Leadership and Healing Network, a platform dedicated to uplifting young adults, women, and children facing challenges like low self-esteem, family and societal trauma. At Kardia, we believe everyone deserves a chance to thrive, and we provide the resources and support they need to reclaim their confidence and rebuild their lives..

I am also the Project Delta Director for the Delta Eco-Schooling Project, a platform in collaboration with the Delta State Ministry of Environment, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and other public and private stakeholders. The project trains students to become environmental stewards by providing eco-skills in upcycling and recycling, promoting sustainable development, economic empowerment, and reducing social vices.

Key objectives include:

• Introducing entrepreneurship concepts to students.
• Providing hands-on experience in upcycling and recycling.
• Inspiring students to develop entrepreneurial ventures based on these eco-ideas.
• Preparing students for a Government Eco-Summit with a grant for the top-performing school.
• Leaving training materials with the schools and assigning Corpers to manage the eco-hub for ongoing support and mentorship.

I also run a career and business development agency where I leverage my expertise as a consultant and brand-building expert to help businesses of all sizes achieve sustainable growth.
