Outside of his professional engagements at XSport Fitness, Conor Murnane maintains a blog in which he offers his expert opinion on health and exercise topics. In recent posts, he detailed his ideas on inventive resistance routines featuring bands and balls, the ideal methodologies for evaluating progress, and the benefit of supplements that include protein, creatine, and glutamine. Committed to provoking a stimulating discussion about American health, Conor Murnane also presents links or references to various studies, among them the effect of rigorous exercise on mood, statistics concerning the average U.S. citizen’s eating speed, and routes toward caloric intake reduction.
Outside of supporting others in the fitness arena, Conor Murnane volunteers with the Special Recreation Association of Central Lake County, which empowers people with disabilities with stimulating physical activity. Additionally, he offered his energy to a project through the St. Joseph Parish whose volunteers built homes for underserved citizens in Cadillac, Michigan.
