Conscious Rednecks

The Conscious Rednecks is a band formed as a studio recording project aimed at bringing a fresh new sound to the roots Americana country genre. From authentic traditional country sounds to contemporary hip rockers, the writing efforts are aimed at making social commentary that raises awareness on topical issues, hence the name Conscious Rednecks.

Founded by Lloyd Tosoff, the band’s lead singer and songwriter for its debut album, the Conscious Rednecks make Vancouver, BC their home base.
