As a confident and technically driven individual, I have been extremely motivated and driven by Microsoft Lync. Whilst understanding products to a technical degree, I possess the ability to translate this knowledge into a language understandable by personnel at all levels, from end users, to technical consultants. Constantly aiming to better myself, I see technology as both a hobby and a passion.
