Covey Cowan

Since 2006, Covey Cowan has managed fine home and estate development projects as a supervisor and project manager at Van Acker Construction Associates, Inc., in Mill Valley, California. He started his career as a carpenter and later established a high-end, custom construction company in the San Francisco Bay Area. During his tenure running Seneca Builders, Inc., Covey Cowan collaborated with architects on home remodels, additions, and new construction, using sustainable building techniques.

Away from his professional responsibilities, Covey Cowan pursues multiple interests, including mountain biking, daily meditation, and learning about different religions and spiritual paths. He enjoys coaching and playing sports with his young son and following the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants. He also likes to travel and has visited a diverse number of countries, ranging from Nepal to Peru. An avid sports fan, he regularly watches the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors compete. In addition, he enjoys learning about natural and alternative medicine and has studied for several years with Huichol and Navajo healers.
