Prior to taking his current position in 2018, Craig Kowalski spent a dozen years with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office in Canton as a superior court prosecutor.
Mr. Kowalski’s held responsibilities were as senior trial counsel and homicide team prosecutor, and also served as chief of drug prosecution. Working with more than 60 prosecutors, he provided training, supervision, and support in investigations across district and superior courts. He additionally led a full range of wiretap investigations for the office, investigating extortion, gaming, murder, and drug trafficking.
A graduate of Boston College Law School, Mr. Kowalski earned the institution’s Moot Court Competition “Top Ten Brief” and “Oralist/Brief Writer” awards in 2001. Maintaining a close connection with his alma mater, he taught prosecutorial ethics as adjunct professor of law there in 2015.
