I am the Cake Designer of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire which is the BEAUTIFUL Winnipesaukee Lake. I am a home based business and take pride in starting up with $5.00 in my pocket. I am not a commercialized or cookie cutter baker, what you see is what you get and it's Fabulous. Every creation is different, from the look to the amazing taste of my cake menu and pleasing my clients with both has been great success!

My Love for baking started at the early age of 13 years old and has been my drive to where I am today and where I hope to be in the future. I have a Baking and Pastry Degree from Johnson & Wales University, I have traveled to Milan, Italy to Intern in the European baking and have worked with some amazing Chefs/ Pastry Chefs who were not necessarily famous but great at the business of cake designing. Most of what I know has been self taught and I love the challenge of being pushed out side the box with every cake creation.
