Brian Joslyn

Brian David Joslyn is dedicated to defending the rights of men, women and juveniles accused of DUI and other criminal offenses such as violent crimes, juvenile offenses, theft, probation violation, domestic violence and weapons charges among others. He proudly serves Columbus and the surrounding areas of Franklin County, Delaware County, and Madison County.
Brian was born and raised in Rochester, New York, and moved to Cleveland, Ohio, during his high school years. After graduating high school, he attended Franklin University to pursue his interest in Business Administration. Brian graduated with three degrees in business administration, finance and marketing.
Immediately following college Brian moved to San Diego, California, where he received a Juris Doctor with Cum Laude recognition from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. His decision to become a criminal defense attorney was shaped by unique personal hardship.
His life has been and remains a testament to the pursuit of justice for those subjected to overzealous law enforcement. He firmly believes in the dignified, respectful treatment of every person before the law.
Brian has developed a profound affinity for criminal law, received his law degree and has devoted his life to principles of fairness and justice in the treatment of his clients and the outcomes he seeks on their behalf.
He is a proud member of the NORML Legal Committee, the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Police Accountability Project, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
