Financial services consultant Curtis Dudnick began his career as a chief financial officer with Cosine Communications in Redwood City, California. Maintaining this role for three years, he was responsible for oversight of shareholder relations, human resources, risk management, and accounting for the entire company. During this time, Curtis Dudnick also drafted Cosine’s S-1 Registration Statement, was instrumental in raising $267 million in the initial public offering process, and established subsidiaries in twenty countries. In 2001, Mr. Dudnick transitioned into the role of financial services consultant with David Powell, Inc., a firm based in San Mateo California. In this role, he serves as an interim controller or CFO for venture-backed technology companies ranging from start-ups to $100 million companies. Recently, his major engagements in this capacity include serving as the CFO of such companies as Tailwind Solutions, Wyndstorm Corporation, and Venezia Italian Foods. In addition to his responsibilities at David Powell, Curtis Dudnick serves as a partner with Flywheel Group, a consulting firm that assists technology start-ups with strategic business and financial planning.
