Cynthia Miller

Attorney Cynthia Ann Miller practices real estate law from her private offices in Naperville, Downers Grove, and Hinsdale, IL. In practice since 1991, she provides representation in commercial and residential real estate transactions for buyers and sellers throughout the state. She has previously worked on behalf of clients from localities such as Tinley Park, Plainfield, Homewood, Chicago, Lemont, and Hinsdale, IL. With extensive experience and thorough knowledge of real estate law, attorney Cynthia Miller helps her clients diminish their risks and avert the possibility of future legal proceedings and their associated expenses.

During her tenure practicing real estate law, Ms. Miller has often represented clients engaged in collection disagreements or litigation with homeowners associations, townhome associations, and condominium associations. She litigates a wide range of real estate matters on behalf individuals and businesses and handles cases involving contracts, suits for partition, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, foreclosures, and other related issues.

A member of the American Bar Association, attorney Cynthia Ann Miller also maintains membership in the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and the Chicago Bar Association. She possesses a bachelor of arts in political science and ancient history from the University of Denver and a juris doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School. While completing her legal studies, she served as an editor for the law school’s newspaper. Aside from her professional pursuits, she enjoys cooking and has attended culinary school.
