Cynthia Pollick

An attorney with more than a decade of legal experience, Cynthia Pollick works with the Employment Law Firm in Pittston, Pennsylvania. In this capacity, she handles all aspects of litigation for matters involving civil rights, employment discrimination, and constitutional matters. She represents both citizens and employees and takes cases ranging from the state agency level to the federal court level. Cynthia Pollick has tried a number of successful jury trials and has helped reverse the rulings of such cases as Dee v. Dunmore and Colwell v. Rite Aid before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to starting her legal career, Cynthia Pollick spent several years in human resources for Pennsylvania Extruded Tube Company, where her responsibilities included managing recruitment activities and resolving employee relations. From there, she earned her juris doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an LLM in trial advocacy from Temple University, spending time as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission before starting her current position. Ms. Pollick has also taught at King’s College as an adjunct professor.
