D4 Construction Services operates under the leadership of its founder Mick Donnelly, a real estate development leader with a professional history that dates back to preserving historic Irish churches in the 1980s and a family history that includes more than three generations of builders. For the past 17 years, D4 Construction Services has worked in commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors throughout Texas from its headquarters in the Dallas suburb of Rowlett.

Satisfied clients of D4 include multiple franchise restaurant corporations such as Outback Steakhouse's parent company Bloomin’ Brands and Olive Garden's parent company Darden Restaurants. It has also completed campus buildings for major Texas universities that include the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of North Texas as well as facilities and offices for medical organizations, such as Baylor Healthcare and Paula M. Jones Recovery Center. Its areas of expertise include the creation of sterile and temperature-controlled spaces for industrial storage and laboratory purposes.
