Delbert Navarro

Delbert Navarro was born and raised in Dagupan City, Pangasinan on May 15, 1980 and currently lives in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. He started in the field of digital photography in 2008. Specializing in wedding, outdoor model shoot, portrait, and still life photography. For him, photography is not just a hobby nor a means of earning a living. It’s a way of preserving memories and sharing experiences -- an art form that should be celebrated.
