DMK (f.n.a Scorpo) found interest in DJing at the young age of 10, when at a new years party, his cousin showed him how to mix and on occasions after that became more and more interested teaching himself how to beatmatch playing oldschool garage and rnb. After buying his first pair of decks at the age of 16, he became more confident with other genres such as bassline, house, dubstep and started playing at small parties, gradualy moving upto small bars such as basement, bar 24 and cactus club. Since then he has supported Playground Mafia at plug (February 2010 and October 2010), has played at numorous nights at Livingstones in Chesterfield (c.b.c), Empire (Formaly Culture), Static and a regurlar night in Embrace (rnb room and Pandamonium, a night where Skepta and Proffesor Green performed) and a residency at Mojo Late bar (back 2 basics). On a recent visit to Ibiza, he also played at Soul City Bar (west end) and has had residencys at club Eden (Huddersfield) and Escapade nightclub (Chesterfield). In April 2011 he got selected to play at Sheffield's biggest underground party Kabal and confirmed a monthly residency at Plug for a night called 'It's A Myth'. May 2011 saw him play alongside Sam Moir, System:Attic and Grievous Angel for Tuesday Club's 'Wait' at DQ in sheffield.He's played alongside many big names such as: DJ Target, Julio Basmore, Oris Jay, DJ EJ, Eazy D, Melé, Double N, Skillz & Cardiac, Illmana, DJ Rugged, Altered Natives, Naughty Raver,DJ Deadbeat, Sdot P, Winston Hazel and many more.
