George Pacheco

I have over 14 years of experience serving and entertaining others!

My journey started in 1999 when a great friend of mine allowed me to shadow him mixing on Technics 1200 turntables...the turntablist seed was planted!

After moving to Virginia in 2001, I acquired a set of Numark turntables and a Vestax mixer to practice my skills beatmixing and scratching records...computer software had a few years before becoming mainstream.

I moved to Hawaii in 2003 and intended to be a hobby DJ and just make mixes in my bedroom, but found success helping friends all over Oahu have a great time!

I had the opportunity to spin at almost every kind of celebration...weddings, birthdays, graduation parties and even at clubs.

I worked as a freelance DJ under other companies and also did gigs with my modest sound and light setup...back then I had no company to call my own.

I acquired my own set of Technics turntables in 2005 and used them until 2011 when I refocused on using gear that was faster to setup and strikedown...I also experimented with Bose loudspeaker products.

From 2007-2011, my passion became much more of a hobby as my military responsibilities increased.

I did gigs occassionally, but during this four year period, I developed a greater appreciation for live sound mixing and so my journey to become a much more well rounded DJ began.

In 2011, after a complete overhaul of gear that is lighter and more efficient, I titled my DJ service with a company name and also started volunteering at New Hope Leeward church as a live sound engineer.

Since then, I have mixed live sound for a champion Tahitian dance group and audiences of over 5,000 people.

My experience as a DJ continues to grow along with my live sound mixing skills and creative light shows.

I now volunteer as a sound & light director for my church, patiently and humbly waiting to see what the future holds.

My dream is to be the team of an audio / visual production company that can support gigs / shows with audiences of thousands!
