“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?"
Dedicated to finding and fulfilling my purpose personally, domestically and globally, I have spent my life in discovery and demonstration of that purpose. While I am not completely sure of the many ways that I will fulfill my purpose, I am certain that such will be done by bridging education, research, and policy with expectation of excellence.
I am interested in opportunities in the areas of global health and international affairs. Anything that is public health related, or involves the support and encouragement of youth and/or disadvantaged populations really holds my passion.
My background in research and medicine offers a unique perspective which I intend to use to my advantage for the benefit of others.
