Howdy, I and my children are Domestic Violence survivors also. It is very important that you and your children are staying safe at all times ,many times even after separation abusers continue to harass victims for revenge using children and legal system to gain control. Abusers will create fake criminal proceeding to punish you for leaving and or threatening you with your Citizenship. Abuser could orchestrate and try to create illusion of blaming victims for the crime they committed ,creating wall papers with defamatory statements , using your older children to harass and lie on their behalf. Feeling above the law that despite the fact they are inadmissible in USA for convicted felonies in US

I cant comprehend why would they just move on, well, their life is miserable otherwise they would move on so make sure you create safety plan , write victims statement with law enforcement , document everything and even speak to government to help you and your children, so if anything happens official will have a spotlight on abuser and his family . Create support
I am also strong advocate for human rights and love doing legal research and especially compare laws and violations of DV laws in other countries from various public human rights reports submitted to United Nations and compare them to the great protection victims have in United States under VAWA just like I did . Some countries don't recognize Domestic Violence and related abuse at all .Please see Convention against Torture submissions UN by Country and don't forget to do your own research.
As you know violence and or harassment never ends ,Coercive control an act or a pattern of acts of assault, threats, humiliation and intimidation or other abuse that is used to harm, punish, or frighten their victim, harass or stalking in post separation. Luckily US will declare coercive control criminal offence that will be punished in State and or Federal court. If you notice defamatory articles under my name they are untruthful and motivated by my abuser. Take care and stay safe.
