Nursing student by day; nursing student by night; podcaster, music maker, soccer enthusiast, cook, reader and exerciser when I have time. (Which isn't often.)

My main squeezes, though, are my creative outlets. I currently produce a podcast called First and Last and Always, a chronicle of memorable concert stories; and make synthwave-ish music under the pseudonym, Built on Neon. I also occasionally share my opinions on music for the independently-run metal blog, Nine Circles.

Things I'm always up for a conversation about: NBA basketball, book or movie recommendations, running routes, Pokémon, Scandinavian metal, the sublimity of "Breaking Bad," and reasons why Rush is the greatest band of all time. (Among other topics.)

Oh, and I'm not really on social media anymore. Sorry, not sorry.
