Before beginning his career as a Long Island, New York, business owner and construction professional, Daniel Leavey studied at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Majoring in applied accounting and finance, he repeatedly earned placement on the dean’s list and gained entry to the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society. Daniel Leavey was also active on Fordham’s campus as a member of the Finance Society and the Father William E. Boyle, S.J., Society.

Concurrent with his studies at Fordham, Daniel Leavey interned with Merrill Lynch and Maxim Group. As a global wealth management intern at the former, he analyzed financial products, researched and communicated with clients, and completed marketing projects, among other duties; at the latter, he served as a legal investment and banking analyst intern, a role in which his responsibilities included preparing legal documents and researching transactions.

Although busy with his coursework and internships, Daniel Leavey maintained a full-time position with PepsiCo while a student at Fordham. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the Gabelli School of Business. Today, he brings his academic and professional background to LevelLine Construction, a Long Island, New York, construction company that he has co-owned since 2016.
