Daniela L. Hernandez is a Freelance Baseball Photographer.
Her past work includes working with the Detroit Tigers Advance A Affiliate the Lakeland Flying Tigers, with the Detroit Tigers Florida Operations team in Lakeland, Florida.
During her time in with the Lakeland Flying Tigers, she got the opportunity to work with a Detroit Tigers legend , Willie Horton. She help establish the Willie Horton 360 Community Partnership. Hernandez worked with Horton as a spokesperson and administratively. Hernandez conducted local baseball camps and appeared in Que Pasa Polk! (Episode #67), a Polk County Government Television show. She is apart of Willie Horton's Board for his 360 Community Partnership.
Hernandez has a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations from Southeastern University (SEU).
Hernandez has worked as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Hispanic Leadership Center at SEU. As well as a freelance photographer for Southeastern University Advancement.
Her photography has taken her through the state of Florida to cities like Miami, Lakeland, and Tallahassee. She has taken photos of the Major League Baseball team, Detroit Tigers during the spring training season.
Hernandez was also one of the sports writers of the Southeastern Times. She has published a college baseball magazine Inside the Dugout, which demonstrates her journalistic skills in writing, photography, and design. As well as her passion for baseball.
When she is not at work she volunteers as the Public Relations Administrator and photographer at Centro Internacional Luz a las Naciones, a local church in Miami, Florida. During her spare time she watches baseball or is in the gym.
