Currently I am an independent freight broker specializing in refrigerated transport. My professional passion is sales training and new business development. In this role I focus on delivering a consistent, service oriented approach to sales and customer service. This role is fostered through continuous sales training efforts focusing on fundamental proficiencies that reflect my core values and market strategies. My sales career spans more than 20 years with the last seven years being dedicated to the management and training of successful sales professionals. My passion and experience with the sales process has led to the successful development of curriculum for sales training programs, service training programs and customer development seminars that have been the foundation of my success. My career has been characterized by the desire to win in the marketplace, building great teams and producing record growth in all areas I have had the opportunity to manage. I am a proud veteran of the US Army and enjoy both hunting and fishing as hobbies. My lovely wife of 13 years and I raise raise our three boys in Billings Montana where they all share the same love for the recreational opportunities the area provides.
