Where did Dave’s passion start? Here’s the scene: At Flinders Street train station in Melbourne, just after 5pm along with his fellow corporate robots Dave boarded his usual train – the 5.09pm! Settling in to his usual seat and ready for the usual ride home to Keilor in the North Western suburbs of Victoria, Dave then experienced something that was anything but usual. What he witnessed gave him the realisation and awareness of his own potential to positively impact and inspire people to get the absolute best out of themselves. This was the turning point that caused him to become fanatical about researching what makes some people step back and others STEP UP…
