I'm a Tech Evangelist at Microsoft, My goal is to build communities around writing the best games and applications possible, and providing the tools and knowledge to do so.
I'm a co-coordinator for Xbox LIVE's Indie Games Uprisings. You may have also seen my writing at Armless Octopus, where I work as Managing Editor where we the indie gaming scene. Additionally, I've released one XBLIG of my own using XNA (Piz-ong), as well as projects using Unity and Unreal.
Previously, I was a Senior Software Engineer on the Xbox team at Comcast in Philadelphia, where I work on Xbox One, 360 Windows 8, and SmartGlass, in addition to writing internal web tools and video players.
I also wrote a book: "UnrealScript Game Programming Cookbook." Moreover, I recently finished writing Spell and Speak, a children's app using the grammar and dictation API for Windows Phone 8.
I'm also a 2012 and 13 recipient of Microsoft's prestigious Xbox MVP award.
