Born David Ibifiniwari Banigo on December 23, 1998, Davemiles is a rising Afro-fusion artist from Rivers State, in the culturally rich Niger Delta region of southern Nigeria. With roots deeply embedded in the rhythmic heartbeat of his homeland, Bonny Island, Davemiles crafts a sound that blends Afrobeats, R&B, and Highlife, infused with a modern, soulful edge that reflects both his heritage and personal evolution.

In 2023, he reached a pivotal milestone with a feature on “Tongah”, a collaborative track by Nigerian Afrobeat star Ruger’s personal DJ and producer, DjayXero, and South African multi-platinum Amapiano DJ and producer. This cross-continental collaboration introduced Davemiles to a broader audience and solidified his emergence on the global stage.

After taking a reflective break through 2024, Davemiles returns with renewed purpose and deeper creative conviction. His latest single, “With You”, marks his first release of 2025, a compelling narrative that explores the complexities of love, vulnerability and emotional growth.
