An accomplished sales professional, David Alvarez has served for the past four years as an area sales manager with Tampa, Florida-based ACell, Inc., a company which specializes in surgical and wound care products. During his tenure at ACell, he has been recognized on a number of occasions for outstanding performance, both individually and as the manager of his 12-person sales team. In 2016, he led his team to a 15 percent rise in sales, subsequently earning Area of the Year designation. Additionally, David Alvarez has won individual awards including Rookie of the Year and Territory Manager of the Year.

A 1990 graduate of Florida State University, David Alvarez earned a bachelor of science in economics and was part of the school’s nationally-ranked football team. Apart from his work life, he is an avid fisherman and participates in a number of competitions each year, such as the King of the Beach and Suncoast Kingfish Classic tournaments.
