As the COO and General Counsel for O’Shaughnessy Holding Company, he specializes in Business law, commercial transactions, consumer products, mergers & acquisitions, and international business.

The businessperson-attorney has a B.A. in communications from the University of Minnesota, a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and an MBA from St. Thomas University. Outside of work, David Baer enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and skiing. He also enjoys traveling, cooking and tasting food, and drinking a good glass of wine.
