David Bilfeld
David Bilfeld is the Chief Executive Officer of ACP Property Preservation, a company he founded to support the growing need of asset preservation to institutions with inventory of distressed real estate. David Bilfeld's team has the ability to preserve, maintain and renovate these inventoried assets to provide a seamless platform for institutions to then dispose these assets on the open market. With well over ten years in commercial and residential real estate, David Bilfeld has consulted with clients and investors on all aspects of real estate investing as well as overall business planning.
Currently, providing service in the Phoenix metropolitan area, we are currently planning offices in other cities.
When David Bilfeld is not nurturing the growth of ACP, he can often be found sampling the fare at new restaurants, hiking outdoors, or indulging in his love of music. David Bilfeld also enjoys traveling around the world and remains involved with nonprofit organization such as the Anti-Defamation League and the Anti-Cruelty Society.
