I’m a District Sales Manager at e3 Diagnostics, leading 7 Regional Sales Managers and 18 sales professionals across the Eastern U.S. We equip hearing and balance clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care with the right technology and support. My passion is leading people leaders—developing managers, sharpening execution, and building strong, productive teams.

Since 2023, I’ve guided my organization through significant structural change while keeping our teams focused and moving forward, and I’ve recruited and onboarded eight high‑performing hires who are already making an impact. My leadership style is straightforward: set clear goals, coach consistently, remove friction, and celebrate wins.

I sold the same portfolio my team sells today, so my approach stays grounded in field reality. Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer and traveler who enjoys capturing places near and far. Open to connecting on sales leadership and talent development.
