David Dygert

Senior-level banker David Dygert commands an accomplished career of growing financial institutions and other types of businesses. His experience includes successfull business start-ups and leading turn-arounds through cost-reduction programs, new market penetrations, and other initiatives. David Dygert most recently served as executive vice president and regional manager of commercial and community banking at Farmers Citizens Bank (FCB), which was recently purchased. During his seven years with the bank, Mr. Dygert opened new offices in Columbus, Ohio, a previously untapped market for FCB. He also acquired new clients and produced loans making up 65 percent of the bank’s total portfolio.

Prior to leading operations at FCB, David Dygert served as a senior business specialist and commercial real estate lender at Huntington National Bank in Columbus. Before this, he worked in the commercial lending and retail banking services divisions at Chase Bank One Corporation. David Dygert prepared for his career in the financial industry with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management and a master of business administration in marketing and finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
