I am a real estate developer and designer specializing in commercial hospitality development, restaurant renovations, and build-out projects. Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, I immigrated to the United States in 1991 and spent my formative years in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas, Texas. Those experiences taught me the value of adaptability, hard work, and perseverance—principles that continue to guide both my personal and professional life.

I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating with honors in 2001. I later pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law, which I earned in 2012. My background in business and law has given me a unique perspective on development, helping me approach projects with both creativity and practical problem-solving.

Throughout my career, I have focused on creating functional and thoughtfully designed commercial spaces, particularly within the hospitality industry. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, studying legal developments, and exploring Porsche 911 (996) design and customization. I am also committed to community service through volunteer work with synagogues in Florida and New York and by supporting individuals affected by alcohol and drug addiction disorders. I am currently working on publishing a book while continuing to pursue meaningful development projects.
