Mike Cobb, an esteemed educational leader with over 30 years of experience, boasts a diverse career spanning roles such as a classroom teacher, division head, admissions/enrollment leader, and Head of School.

Currently serving as the Interim Head of NEOM Community Schools and Senior Manager of NEOM Baccalaureate, Mike has played a pivotal role in elevating the NEOM Education, Research, and Innovation sector. His strategic vision work has shaped plans for the Baccalaureate program, Centers for Excellence, and future campuses. Under his guidance, a comprehensive professional development program has been implemented, benefiting leadership, faculty, and staff. This initiative laid the foundation for various Centers of Excellence, including AI & Robotics, Sustainability, NEOM X, Entrepreneurship & Leadership, Oceanographic Studies, and Teaching & Learning.

In his previous role as the Head of School at All Saints Episcopal School in Tyler, Texas, Mike's leadership was transformative. Strategic vision work resulted in new North Star documents, encompassing Mission and Core Values. His focus on Enrollment Management achieved unprecedented growth, and he spearheaded a successful capital campaign, overseeing 30+ construction projects, including nationally recognized learning spaces like the Center For Innovation, The Collaboratory, Outdoor Learning Center, Lower School Learning Villages, and Learning Farm.

Mike's commitment to innovation extends beyond schools; he co-founded the Sandbox, an Innovative Think Tank facilitating unscripted conversations among thought leaders in education and leadership.

During his 20-year tenure at The Oakridge School in Arlington, Texas,Mike held diverse leadership roles, showcasing versatility. As Head of Middle School, he launched a 1:1 laptop initiative (Learn 21), emphasized character education, and championed student agency. His dedication is evident in continuous learning, highlighted by certifications like Dare to Lead Trainer, SAP Certified Associate in Design Thinking, and participation in prestigious programs like NAIS Aspiring Heads Fellowship and Vanderbilt University's Peabody Fellow in the Institute for Independent School Leadership.
