For almost 20 years, I've been involved in all levels and roles in projects, from programmer to Program Manager. I've delivered with finance, Telecomm and Pharmaceutical companies building everything from mainframe based systems to highly integrated eCommerce websites.

I have advised on building PMO's, IT operational processes including Change management, Issue and Problem management and Demand management.

I love agile but know how to make it work in an complex environment with disparate methodologies including working with vendors or other third parties.
