Deborah Wahlstrom Superintendent

Deborah Wahlstrom served as superintendent of the Mt. Clemens Community School District in Mt. Clemens, Missouri, for nearly 20 years. In her leadership capacity, she worked closely with the local school board in matters ranging from personnel to the budget. During her tenure as superintendent, Deborah Wahlstrom accomplished several milestones, including improving the educational progress of district students through the Instructional Learning Cycle, a program that helps teachers focus better on student understanding. As a result of her efforts, the district’s performance on state tests improved drastically.
