Debra Williams

Debra J. Williams is the President of Higher Ground International management consulting firm which specializes in business coaching, strategic planning, human resource services, and training & development. She is a co-owner of the Business Training School, a faith-based leading edge small business training curriculum. Debra has over 25 years experience as an internal and external management consultant. This year she and her husband Russell Williams launched God’s Kingdom Touchdown League™. God’s Kingdom Touchdown League™ is a cyber place where like minded people are willing to be accountable to each other to move forward in their purpose, visions, dreams, businesses, jobs/careers, healthy relationships, fitness, education goals, etc. Debra loves the Lord and actively seeks opportunities to advance the Kingdom of God through her business and community efforts. She has been an active leader at Abundant Living Family Church by volunteering in various capacities since 2003. She has served as the Director of Abundant Business Development and the Administrator of the Nehemiah Business School. Debra is a featured speaker on business and professional development topics at local and national conferences. Prior to starting Higher Ground International, Debra was employed by Southern California Edison for 21 years. Before her departure she was the Manager of Business and Professional Development where her responsibilities included development and oversight of Edison’s enterprise-wide strategic training. She has received numerous awards including being nominated as a Community Bridge Builder by the Inland Empire National Association of Women Business Owners in 2011. Debra has been happily married to Russell for 25 years. They have 3 three children and 12 grandchildren.
