Hello Everyone! Chances are pretty good that we already know one another. If you are here, somewhere our paths have crossed.

For those of you who don't know me, I am a small town girl who grew up in farm country in Michigan. The rich smell of manure from the dairy farm is still, after 30+ years, a vivid perfume in my nose along with the crisp smell of fresh cut grass on a humid day. I grew up picking strawberries and getting paid by the pound from the age of 12. I worked from 8am until about noon for the 4 weeks that strawberries were in full season. The rest of my slow summer days were filled with barbies, reading magazines and books and daydreaming in my own imagination of all of the possibilities that life had in store for me.

I've led teams to success all of my life from basketball and student council to the Executive Suite. I have guided brands to tell their stories and showcase their unique value propositions through content creation. I've successfully networked my way into nearly every major brand there is. I have leveraged my creative talents to deliver unique strategies that yield results for companies of all sizes. Through my entire career I have focused on mentoring and developing others while leading with confidence and transparency.

Now I want to pull back the curtain to expose what it takes to get ahead in business and life and how to leap frog the villains you meet along the way.

My life has officially surpassed all of my dreams!

To others, I may have made it look easy but the road was far from smooth and never was it easy....
