And I love interacting with people. That is why I love to work in bars and restaurants. To enjoy/pleasure people and make them feel good. With humour and sincerness. So I like to be at service. And that is probably why I am a business consultant now.

To share my knowledge and to be at service. I treat people to way I would like to be treated.

I am a broadly developed person, an information manager with a business consultancy background, with experience in the managerial, financial, economic, automation and energy industries. I have extensive experience in information and project management, from implementing the Euro currency, by setting up project offices and ITIL based support implementations. With my practical attitude I get quick results through my efficiency and effectiveness. I quickly adapt to an environment and know quickly my way around by the processes around me and use these to achieve my goal(s). I get to link information technology to functional applicability (SAP, OSIsoft PI, SharePoint, MES/MOMS and Big Data) by structure in projects. In addition, I am able to absorb the internal matters, processes and problems of an organization quickly and easily to use in a practical and solution-oriented way to work. Through my experience in Business Process Management (including by the method Business DNA) and testing I have a strong understanding of the processes and analyzing these.

I am a team player who is capable of motivating and focusing people on the job from a leadership role. My personal attitude and mindset provides a great willingness and motivation at the team members. Through this approach, I am efficient and effective in achieving goals. I am able to communicate and report at all levels within an organization. I am critical, focusing on quality without losing the vision on the flexibility needed to find a solution and implement it.
