I believe that every human being is uniquely gifted and talented in some way. As an independent businessman with many years of experience and success, I'm still reaching out to like-minded individuals who truly believe in themselves and want to win.

I believe that there are many keys, principles, and avenues that one may use to be a winner in the game of life. Many will say that the pathway to success is education, preparation, motivation, inspiration, aspiration, etc. However, many years of real world experience has proven to me that ACTION trumps everything. So, I encourage you to put your beliefs to the test by taking action--start walking your talk-- and do it ASAP.

I have many personal and professional interests, but I am extremely passionate about empowering young people-- especially teenagers who are ready to enter the world of work. 'Helping Kids Succeed' is my motto and commitment since 1995 and I'm very good at what I do-- this isn't arrogance but rather, it's about years of experience and confidence. I would argue that more Americans should work to build their own confidence about creating new jobs and better opportunities for themselves and others.

As a Social Entrepreneur, I understand the importance of following the laws of economics by giving and receiving real value versus focusing on money itself. Making money is important, however, money is merely a tool to help facilitate trade and commerce.
