My mission is to help those who have focus on bold career goals, but need strategic guidance and skill enhancement in getting there. I coach individuals to help them build their personal brand and develop leadership, communication and executive presence. I also consult enterprises, especially startups, small businesses and women-led ventures on branding and business performance. My specialisation is to support individuals and enterprises deliver brand impact and business efficiency, in order to stand out, be noticed, attain top of mind recall and be the brand of choice for their target audience.

My coaching and consulting formats include workshops and 1:1 sessions, with personal branding and business acceleration methodologies at the core.

In my pre-entrepreneurial experience, I have dedicated 18 years to organizations such as Nestle, GE, ICICI Prudential and Carlsberg in various roles in marketing and business management. During my corporate career, I have helped launch, build and nurture powerful global brands that have won consumer confidence & delivered outstanding business results. My current practice, therefore, leans heavily on the real-life experience that I have garnered during these 18 years, which I blend into my certified coaching programs. Hence, delivering excellence in client experience through empathy is my key differentiator.
