Dian Liu (刘典) is a professional localization linguist with an M.A. in Chinese Translation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS). She has years of experience as a translator, editor, interpreter and QA tester. Her expertise also includes localization project management, language instruction, voice-over, cross-cultural communication and international business development. Dian also holds a degree in Fashion Merchandise Marketing from FIDM. In addition to being an avid fan of classical ballet and opera, Dian also loves to read, hip -hop dance, travel, wine taste, check out the latest exhibitions at de Young, explore SF and take in the sights and charm of the city and the bay.
