Actually, I have the role as CEO and Founder within RDEC - Richard Diks | Entrepreneurial Consulting.

Here, we support new businesses in founding, growing and transforming phase by and individual consulting methodology and interdiscplinary team and service to set the focus individually to the phase and state of business.

Before RDEC, I was working for Microsoft in Strategic Sales roles with international responsibility for 4 years.

In my time at Microsoft, I also realized an Executive MBA Study Program in Business Engineering at University in Switzerland. Within their international orientation I was involved in Business Creation in Silicon Valley, USA and Management Explorer in Shanghai, China inspired by Business Model Innovation and holistic Thinking and Execution.

Within IBM, I have a chance to start up at Software Group and learn the entrepreneurial spirit in these days with interested customers in transformational and strategic projects.

In my educational time, I studied information management and finalized my study as engineer in information management.
