I'm a first-generation digital native who started my career in corporate travel where I learned how to deliver awesome customer service from companies like American Express and Thomas Cook. After spending a few years developing my customer skills I took those skills into tech startups and I haven't looked back since.

Since 1998 I've been part of several successful startups where I built customer success teams that delivered industry-leading training, support, and +95% retention rates.

I also like encouraging and supporting people -- especially those who are genuinely trying to help themselves. I do this by working directly with people and supporting charities like Habitat for Humanity and ShelterBox.
