Hello.

I'm on a journey to save the world from managerialism, top-down control and ill-health in the workplace. I'm passionate about people, fun and freedom and have constantly sought to help change lives for the better via education, creativity and thinking critically about what really matters.

I was the subject of six BBC documentaries in which they followed my work changing a traditional company into a modern, engaged, passion-led organisation. I love work, life, training and human change.

More recently I published my second book called 'Reinventing Leadership'.
